**Role Overview:** We are seeking a motivated HSE Graduate to support the Health, Safety, Environment \& Wellbeing (HSEW) function across Construction projects. This role provides an opportunity for a recent graduate to develop practical experience in HSE governance, reporting, site assurance, and safety culture initiatives while working alongside experienced HSE professionals on a major Construction Giga\-Project. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the implementation of HSEW frameworks, procedures and standards * Participate in HSE training programmes, site inductions, and familiarization visits. * Develop an understanding of project scopes, key risks, and HSE assurance requirements. * Assist with preparing HSE reports, dashboards, presentations, performance statistics, and maintaining HSE records. * Support document control, training records, induction logs, action trackers, audits, inspections, and assurance documentation. * Coordinate HSE inductions, maintain attendance records, and support onboarding activities for employees and project stakeholders. * Support safety leadership initiatives, site safety walks, engagement activities, and awareness campaigns. * Participate in site inspections, project meetings, and safety forums alongside HSE teams. * Assist in identifying unsafe conditions, reporting observations, tracking corrective actions, and supporting incident investigations. * Coordinate with clients, project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to support HSE initiatives and promote a positive safety culture. **Qualifications and Skills:** * Saudi National * Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, Civil Engineering, or a related Construction discipline. * Recent Graduate from University with excellent IT skills. * Strong interest in developing a career within HSE within the Construction industry. * Good communication, organisation and analytical skills. * Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop. * Knowledge of HSE principles, risk assessments and safety procedures is advantageous Please note that the role will be based at the Qiddiya Site Office. **Company Overview:** With 200 KSA staff and 4,500 worldwide, Rider Levett Bucknall has a truly global reach, and with such scope, can offer a local presence to its clients almost without exception.
