• Lead and manage the entire subcontracts lifecycle, from initial solicitation to closeout, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and company policies. • Develop and implement subcontracting strategies that align with overall project goals, optimizing cost, schedule, and quality. • Negotiate complex subcontract agreements, including pricing, terms, and conditions, to secure favorable outcomes for the organization. • Oversee the selection and evaluation of subcontractors, ensuring they meet the required qualifications and performance standards. • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or similar. • Demonstrates at least 20 years of progressive experience in subcontract management within the construction or related industry. • Exhibits a deep understanding of contract law, procurement principles, and subcontracting best practices.
