Head of Investment Banking

We are looking for a Head of Investment Banking for a private equity firm based in KSA. Key Responsibilities: • Create and develop financial modelling. • Handle the full process of Parallel Market IPO and Tadawul. • Supervise the financial due diligence task. • Preparing feasibility study reports and financial models. • Preparing evaluation report. • Handle the full process of private placement. • Handle the full process of investment opportunities M&A Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in a similar role • CME1 & CME5 certifications are mandatory Personal Strengths/Competencies: • Analytical Thinking - Ability to assess complex financial data and market trends. • Problem-solving - Expertise in structuring investment solutions and overcoming challenges. • Attention to Detail - Strong focus on accuracy in financial analysis and regulatory compliance. • Leadership - Proven ability to guide teams, manage projects, and drive business growth. • Decision-Making - Skilled in making strategic, data-driven investment decisions. • Adaptability - Ability to navigate dynamic financial markets and regulatory changes.
