Parsons is seeking a visionary Head of Enterprise Architecture to define, design, and govern the overarching technology and digital ecosystem for a world-defining Giga project in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. In this executive-level role, you will lead the strategic alignment of IT, OT (Operational Technology), smart city infrastructure, and business capabilities. You will architect a resilient, scalable, and cutting-edge digital blueprint that powers one of the most ambitious sustainable developments on the planet.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Architecture Blueprint: Define and maintain the holistic Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategy, target architectures, and roadmaps across business, data, applications, and technology domains.
Giga-Scale Integration: Oversee the integration of complex ecosystems, including Smart City platforms, IoT networks, AI-driven infrastructure, and large-scale enterprise systems (ERP, GIS, BIM).
Governance & Compliance: Establish and chair the Enterprise Architecture Review Board, ensuring all technological initiatives comply with global standards, cybersecurity frameworks, and project-specific governance.
Executive Stakeholder Management: Act as the trusted digital advisor to client executives, government entities, and delivery partners, translating complex technical visions into clear business outcomes.
Innovation & R&D: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, next-gen connectivity, blockchain) to drive operational efficiency, sustainability, and future-proof project delivery.
Leadership & Capability Building: Direct and mentor a high-performing team of solution, data, and infrastructure architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Minimum of 20 years of progressive IT and technology experience, with at least 8 10 years in a senior architecture leadership role overseeing multi-billion-dollar programs, mega-projects, or smart city developments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• TOGAF 9.x/Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA), Zachman, or Scaled Agile (SAFe) certifications are highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure), data mesh/analytics, IoT/OT integration, and large-scale digital twin environments.
• Exceptional leadership, political acumen, and storytelling abilities to influence C-suite stakeholders and align diverse, multicultural teams.
• Willingness to relocate and operate on-site in Tabuk, KSA.
