We are seeking an inspiring and visionary Head of EYFS to lead the Early Years Foundation Stage at a prestigious international school in the United Arab Emirates. Overview In this pivotal leadership role, you will shape the learning journey of our youngest students, fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love of discovery. With a compassionate and child centered approach, you will guide and support both staff and families, ensuring that every child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally. Within our diverse, multicultural environment, you will champion best practice in early childhood education, build resilience and confidence in learners, and create a nurturing foundation that empowers them to flourish both inside and outside the classroom. Skilled in guiding and empowering a diverse team of educators, while building strong partnerships with families and the wider school community
