Head of Compliance

We are supporting a leading public sector organisation in the UAE in their search for a Head of Compliance to join a high-profile Executive Office environment. This is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing and leading the organisation s internal compliance function, ensuring strong governance, ethical standards, and adherence to internal policies across a highly strategic and sensitive operating environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in embedding a culture of integrity, accountability, and compliance while acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. • Proven experience establishing and implementing compliance frameworks within complex organisations. • Background within the public sector, government, industrial organisations, or compliance consulting. • Strong understanding of governance, internal controls, organisational compliance, and ethical frameworks. • Commercially and operationally minded, with the ability to enable business objectives while maintaining strong governance. • Excellent judgement, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in politically sensitive environments. • Exceptional written communication, stakeholder management, and executive engagement skills.
