Head Chef – Diet Concept (Key Responsibilities)
* Develop and execute healthy, diet\-specific menus.
* Collaborate with nutritionists to ensure nutritional accuracy.
* Lead kitchen operations with focus on portion control and quality.
* Source fresh, nutritious ingredients and minimize waste.
* Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
