Head Chef (Hot & Cold Kitchen)

The Bakery is hiring a Head Chef to lead hot and cold kitchen operations within a high\-volume central kitchen environment. The role will oversee production quality, kitchen workflow, food costing, portion control, wastage reduction, food safety standards and team performance. The Head Chef will also be responsible for coaching and developing kitchen staff while ensuring smooth and timely production. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of professional hot and cold kitchen experience * Strong knowledge of kitchen techniques, ingredients and equipment * Central kitchen, catering or high\-volume production experience preferred * Strong leadership and team\-management skills * Good knowledge of HACCP, hygiene and food safety * Culinary Arts qualification or equivalent practical experience * Must currently reside in Kuwait * Arabic is an advantage Location: Mubarak Al\-Kabeer, Kuwait Employment: Full\-time Pay: From KD700\.000 per month Application Question(s): * How old are you? * What is your current salary? * What is your salary expectation * Can you join immediately?
