Head Cashier

Our company is looking for highly qualified Head Cashier with experience. Candidates with NOC will be considered. **Position Overview:** We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the restaurant industry, demonstrating proficiency in cashiering duties and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role requires an energetic individual who excels in upselling and thrives in a fast\-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** * Efficiently operate cash registers and POS systems to process transactions accurately and promptly. * Welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing assistance and guidance as needed. * Effectively communicate menu items, promotions, and special offers to guests, actively engaging in upselling techniques to enhance the overall dining experience. * Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision and integrity, adhering to established cash handling procedures. * Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment for customers. * Collaborate with the restaurant team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. * Assist with additional tasks as needed to support restaurant operations and uphold quality standards. **Qualifications:** * Previous experience as a cashier/waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with customers. * Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high\-volume environment. * Detail\-oriented and reliable, with a focus on accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision. * Must be proactive, outgoing, and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service.
