**Head Barista – Job Description** **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our barista team and ensure exceptional coffee quality, efficient service, and an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands\-on expertise in coffee and beverage preparation. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise the barista team to ensure smooth daily operations. * Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages to company standards. * Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control. * Train and guide baristas on beverage preparation, service, and company procedures. * Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment. * Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and availability of ingredients. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, personal hygiene, and food safety. * Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure excellent service. * Support opening and closing duties, including inventory and cash handling. * Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for efficient operations. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista is mandatory. * Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, and beverage techniques. * Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. * Ability to train, motivate, and manage a barista team. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced F\&B environment. * Strong attention to quality, hygiene, and presentation. * Immediate joiner is mandatory.
