Job description
We are looking for an experienced and professional Lead Barista to join our team in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:
\* Lead, supervise, and train the barista team.
\* Ensure consistent quality of coffee and beverages.
\* Maintain high standards of customer service.
\* Monitor daily bar operations and staff performance.
\* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper equipment handling.
\* Monitor stock levels and minimize waste.
\* Support the development of new beverages and seasonal menu items.
\* Ensure compliance with company recipes, standards, and procedures.
Requirements:
\* Previous experience as a Lead Barista / Head Barista.
\* Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and coffee preparation.
\* Good leadership and communication skills.
\* Previous experience in cafés or specialty coffee shops.
\* Must currently be in Kuwait.
\* Transferable residency is required.
\* Able to join immediately.
Pay: KD300\.000 \- KD340\.000 per month
Work Location: In person
