Head Barista – Café in Dubai Creek Harbour

**About Us** We're a café and restaurant in Dubai Creek Harbour , known for fresh, quality breakfast and brunch dishes. We're looking for a skilled Head Barista to lead our coffee and beverage program. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and serve high\-quality espresso\-based drinks and specialty beverages (e.g. matcha, lattes) to a consistent standard * Train and guide junior baristas on techniques and quality standards * Manage coffee station setup, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance * Manage stock and ordering of coffee/beverage supplies * Ensure fast, friendly service during busy periods * Maintain hygiene and food safety standards **Requirements** * Minimum 3\-5 years of barista experience, including latte art * Prior experience leading or training a small team preferred * Strong knowledge of espresso machines and beverage preparation * Reliable, organized, and customer\-focused * UAE food hygiene certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) **What We Offer** * Full\-time position * Salary: up to AED 4,000/month * Work in a growing, well\-located café in Dubai Creek Harbour Pay: AED3,000\.00 \- AED4,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
