HEAD BAKER

**WE ARE HIRING – HEAD BAKER** A renowned **5\-Star Luxury Resort in the Kingdom of Bahrain** is looking for a highly skilled and experienced **HEAD BAKER** to join our culinary team. **We are specifically looking for candidates currently working in Dubai / UAE within the hospitality industry.** **Key Requirements:** * Minimum **5–8 years of professional bakery experience**, including supervisory/leadership experience * Currently working in **Dubai / UAE**, preferably with a **4/5\-star hotel, luxury resort, premium bakery or high\-end hospitality group** * Strong expertise in **artisan breads, sourdough, baguettes, brioche, croissants, Danish pastries, rolls and specialty breads** * Excellent knowledge of **dough preparation, fermentation, proofing and baking techniques** * Ability to develop new bakery products and maintain consistent recipes and quality standards * Experience in managing **high\-volume bakery production** for restaurants, buffets, banquets and events * Strong leadership skills with the ability to **train, supervise and develop the bakery team** * Knowledge of food costing, portion control, inventory management and waste reduction * Strong understanding of **HACCP, food hygiene and kitchen safety standards** * Creative, quality\-focused and able to maintain the standards expected in a **5\-Star hospitality environment.** **If you have the passion, creativity and expertise to lead a premium bakery operation, we would love to hear from you.** Work Location: In person
