Head baker

We are looking for an experienced Head Baker to lead and manage our full bakery production that ensure smooth, efficient, and high\-quality operations. Candidate should have Strong experience in industrial bakery production and able to manage the entire production process, from planning to final product Experience leading and supervising a bakery production team. Candidate should have strong knowledge of dough preparation, mixing, fermentation, baking, and production standards. Also have the ability to plan daily production schedules and ensure timely delivery Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, quality control, and production efficiency Experience with large\-scale bakery equipment and industrial production systems Ability to control waste, improve productivity, and maintain consistent product quality Strong leadership, organization, and problem\-solving skills.
