Job description
**We're Hiring \| Head – AI Training \& Curriculum**
**Location:** Kingdom of Bahrain
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the AI learning initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the design and delivery of Generative AI training programmes
* Develop AI curricula, learning pathways, and training materials
* Recruit, mentor, and manage AI trainers
* Collaborate with clients to create customized learning solutions
* Drive innovation and expand AI education offerings
**Requirements:**
* 5\+ years of experience in Training, L\&D, or Educational Leadership
* Strong knowledge of Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, etc.)
* Experience in curriculum design and corporate training
* Excellent leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Education:
* Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
* Training Head: 5 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
