**OVERVIEW** **Position** Hairdresser **Department** Salon **Reports to** Salon Manager **Location** Bahrain **About Company \& Role Purpose** A high\-end women's salon located in Riffa, Bahrain, is seeking a skilled and professional Hairdresser to join their team. The role involves providing luxury hair services including advanced cutting, bespoke coloring, and high\-end styling for a discerning clientele. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair artistry, exceptional consultation skills, and the ability to build strong, long\-term relationships with clients. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES** **General** · Provide luxury hair services including advanced cutting, bespoke coloring (balayage, highlights, color correction), and high\-end styling/blowouts. · Perform hair treatments such as keratin, protein, scalp therapies, and deep conditioning. · Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to offer clients cutting\-edge services. · Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' hair history, lifestyle, and preferences. · Provide expert advice on hair care, styling, and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs. · Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and loyalty. · Recommend and sell premium, salon\-exclusive retail products to enhance client hair care routines. · Maintain immaculate workstation cleanliness in line with high\-end salon standards. · Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilized and stored. · Adhere to salon hygiene, health, and safety protocols at all times. · Work collaboratively with other salon staff to ensure a seamless client experience. · Support salon operations as needed, including assisting with appointments and client flow. **BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS \& EXPERIENCE** **Qualifications** · Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working in a luxury or high\-end salon. · Proven expertise in advanced cutting, bespoke coloring, and high\-end styling techniques. · Strong knowledge of hair treatments including keratin, protein, scalp therapies, and deep conditioning. · Experience in client consultations and retail product recommendations. · Certification or diploma in hairdressing or cosmetology from a recognized institution is preferred. **Skills** · Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage). · Strong creative and artistic abilities with attention to detail. · Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. · Ability to build and maintain long\-term client relationships. · Professional, polished, and presentable demeanor. · Ability to work in a fast\-paced, high\-end salon environment. · Sales skills for recommending and retailing premium products. · Commitment to maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards.
