We are seeking a talented and experienced female Hair Dresser to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in a wide range of hair services, passionate about beauty, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Lebanese nationality is preferred. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and blow\-drying services * Perform hair coloring, highlighting, balayage, and other chemical treatments * Offer hair treatments including keratin, protein, and deep conditioning * Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and tools * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques **Requirements** * Proven experience as a professional hair dresser * Strong skills in cutting, coloring, and styling * Knowledge of modern hair trends and techniques * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a team environment * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Lebanese nationality preferred **Compensation \& Benefits** * Attractive commission structure on services and product sales * Friendly and professional work environment * Opportunity for growth and skill development.
