**Gypsum Worker** **Company:** Trenton General Contracting \& Real Estate Management Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. **Job Location:** Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates **Job Type:** Full\-time **Job Summary** Trenton General Contracting is looking for skilled and experienced **Gypsum Workers** to join our team for commercial, residential, and fit\-out projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in gypsum partition systems, false ceilings, bulkheads, and decorative ceiling installations while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety. **Key Responsibilities** * Install gypsum board partitions, false ceilings, bulkheads, and decorative ceiling systems. * Read and interpret basic drawings, layouts, and measurements. * Perform cutting, fixing, joint treatment, and finishing of gypsum boards. * Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards. * Maintain tools and work areas in a clean and safe condition. * Follow site safety procedures and use PPE at all times. * Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth project execution. * Complete assigned work within project deadlines. **Requirements** * Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Gypsum Worker. * Experience in commercial, residential, and fit\-out projects. * Ability to read basic construction drawings and measurements. * Skilled in gypsum partitions, false ceilings, bulkheads, and finishing works. * Good understanding of site safety practices. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Candidates currently residing in the **UAE or India** are encouraged to apply. * Immediate joiners will be given preference. **Benefits** * Competitive Salary (based on experience) * Employment Visa * Medical Insurance * Company Accommodation * Company Transportation * Annual Paid Leave * Annual Air Ticket (as per company policy) * End of Service Benefits (Gratuity) * Overtime Pay (where applicable) * Career Growth Opportunities Pay: AED1,800\.00 \- AED2,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
