**Summary** Job Family Group Description \- Merchandising: This Job Family Group includes all jobs responsible for selection, availability and visibility of brands’ collections and products within a given territory or for a given sales channel. Job Family Description \- Retail Merchandising: Develops plans for product ranges and master orders. Organizes the buying process to optimize the balance between product range and stock across regions and channels. **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** : * To execute the Buying strategy across different categories for the region, respecting the global strategy in accurately representing the collection whilst ensuring this satisfies market demands * Analyze and report on product and collection results based on store sales * Collate regular feedback from Store teams in order to help shape the total season assortment, based on the expert knowledge that you have of each store and market * Contribute towards the effective management of the open\-to\-buy budget regularly presenting results to Merchandising Manager * Responsible for the day\-to\-day management of stock re\-balancing, identifying strategic opportunities and present to the Merchandising Manager * Manage stock movements relating to specific customer requests and effectively manage the special\-order process * In store product training, including refresher training and one to one coaching to drive retail excellence * Implement and run reporting and analysis to closely monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales within your region, deep diving into category or sizing where necessary * Articulate assortment strategies to internal, and retail partners. * Ensures integrity of order information and buying tools. * Responsible for seasonal buy recaps for internal and assortment reviews **Your Skills \& Experience:** * Extensive local market/ regional knowledge gained from a similar Buying or Retail Merchandising role in a luxury retailer * Minimum of 1\-2 years of experience in retail, luxury retail * Knowledge of the latest trends across different categories * Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with a high level of attention to detail * Flexibility to travel with short notice and to work a demanding schedule which can include on an adhoc basis evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Strong communication skills, personable with proven experience in developing close partners with store teams * Highly organized with an ability to manage complexity * Demonstrate an excellent level of product sensitivity to your category * Degree in a related discipline * Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook; **Job Type** Regular **Start Date** 2026\-08\-23 **Schedule** Full time **Organization** Luxury Goods Gulf LLC
