Group HR Manager

Core Duties & KPIs • HR Department Leadership & Supervision • Supervise and control all activities of the HR department • Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor performance of HR team members • Ensure HR team compliance with policies, timelines, and quality standards • Act as the final internal checkpoint before HR matters are escalated to management • Workforce HR Operations (Riders, Drivers & Staff) • Oversee end-to-end HR operations for: • Bike riders • Car drivers • White-collar employees • Ensure proper execution of: • Recruitment and onboarding • Documentation and employee records • Medical insurance coordination • Leave and workforce status management • Disciplinary actions and investigations • Ensure no operational disruption due to HR delays • Compliance, Legal & MOHRE Oversight • Ensure full compliance with: • UAE Labor Law • MOHRE regulations • WPS governance (oversight only) • Medical insurance requirements • Lead and manage MOHRE inspections, audits, and investigations Skills • Payroll coordination (OT, deductions, incentives) • Performance KPI tracking (AR, CR, punctuality, productivity) • Incident and disciplinary case handling • Accommodation & transportation coordination • Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency • HRMS and attendance systems knowledge • UAE labor law compliance Non Negotiable Requirements 1- Must have extensive experience in managing , preferably in logistics, delivery services, transportation, FMCG, manpower outsourcing, or high-volume workforce environments. 2- Energetic and proactive 3- Must be able to adapt to start up environment Competencies • Leadership & Supervision • Ability to lead HR coordinators and rider captains • Ability to enforce discipline while maintaining morale • Problem Solving • Quick decision-making during operational peaks • Analytical thinking for workforce optimization • Operational Excellence • Process-driven mindset • High attention to detail • Strong sense of urgency Industry Experience: - • Food Delivery • Last-Mile Delivery • Logistics & Transportation • Courier Services • E-commerce Operations • Manpower Outsourcing
