Job Summary The position holder is responsible for conduct Board Meetings, Committee meetings and General Meeting, Preparation of monthly Compliance Reports. Compliances related to Loan and Investment. To be managed compliances related to Due Diligence as per RBI Laws, Corporate Governance, Financial Results, Shareholding Pattern, Investors Complaints, Related Party Transaction and Closure of Trading Window. Roles \& Responsibilities * Responsible to conduct Annual General Meeting (AGM) * Appointment of Auditors * Filing of Financial statement * Minimum 4 Board Meeting shall hold by the Board of Directors in the current Financial year and 120 days shall not intervene between two Board Meetings * Foreign inward remittance \- Within 30 days from the date of receiving of foreign remittance * Allotment of Shares \- Within 30 days from the date of allotment * Share Certificate, Stamping of Share Certificates. * Half Yearly Return in respect of outstanding payments to Micro or Small Enterprises * Monitoring the statutory compliance status and maintain the tracker * Disclosure of interest by Director in any Company or Companies or Bodies Corporate KPIs Work Experience Requirement 5 to 10 Years with minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience. International exposure will be an advantage.
