Graphic Designer

**Key Responsibilities:** * Develop creative designs for **POS materials** (banners, shelf talkers, wobblers, signage, packaging sleeves, display boxes, etc.) * Design **social media content** (static, animated, reels thumbnails, stories) aligned with the brand’s voice and campaign objectives. * Prepare and finalize **print\-ready artwork**, ensuring proper color specs, dielines, bleed, resolution, and file formats. * Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign briefs and deliver designs within deadlines. * Adapt existing creatives into multiple formats and sizes as needed for offline and digital use. * Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure print quality and execution. * Maintain consistency of the brand's visual identity across all channels. **Requirements:** * Minimum **3 years of professional experience** in graphic design, preferably in retail, FMCG, or agency environments. * Strong command of **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of After Effects or Premiere is a plus. * Proven experience in **POS design**, **digital/social content**, and **print finalization**. * Solid understanding of **prepress and printing processes** (offset, digital, flexo preferred). * Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills. * A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work across print and digital. * Arabic and English language skills are an advantage.
