**Government Transactions Typing Officer** A company specialized in **typing services and government transactions** is looking for an experienced **Government Transactions Typing Officer** to join our team. Key Responsibilities: * Process and complete various government and electronic transactions on behalf of clients. * Efficiently operate **Tasheel** and other relevant UAE government service platforms. * Prepare, type, submit, and follow up on government applications and documents until completion. * Handle transactions related to **MOHRE, Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs \& Port Security, Economic Development Departments, Municipalities**, and other relevant government authorities. * Provide typing, document preparation, scanning, photocopying, and application submission services. * Follow up on transaction status and ensure that all required documents and information are complete and accurate. * Communicate with clients professionally and provide excellent customer service. * Maintain strict confidentiality of clients' personal information and documents. * Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and within the required timeframes. Requirements: * Previous experience in **typing centers, government transaction offices, or business service centers in the UAE**. * Strong knowledge and practical experience using **Tasheel** and UAE government electronic platforms. * Good knowledge of procedures related to **residency, Emirates ID, work permits, labour transactions, trade licenses**, and other government services. * Good computer skills and fast, accurate typing and data\-entry abilities. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. * Candidates with comprehensive knowledge of UAE government services and online platforms will be preferred. Pay: AED2,752\.41 \- AED15,480\.64 per month Work Location: In person
