**Government Innovation Expert / Arabic Speaker** **Location:** Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced **Government Innovation Expert** to lead government innovation, digital transformation, operational\-model development, and strategic innovation initiatives. The successful candidate will support organizations in developing innovative operating models, improving services, and implementing transformation strategies. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement **government innovation and transformation strategies**. * Lead digital transformation and innovation programs aligned with organizational objectives. * Develop and optimize **operating and service delivery models**. * Identify opportunities for process improvement, service enhancement, and operational efficiency. * Facilitate innovation workshops, Design Thinking sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities. * Develop innovation roadmaps, frameworks, KPIs, and implementation plans. * Lead change management and support the adoption of new technologies and operating models. * Monitor transformation initiatives, performance indicators, risks, and outcomes. * Coordinate with government entities, senior management, consultants, and other stakeholders. * Prepare strategic reports, presentations, business cases, and recommendations for leadership. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and digital adoption. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field**. * Master's degree in **Innovation, Strategic Management, Digital Transformation, or a related discipline** is preferred. * **12–15 years of relevant professional experience**. * Proven experience in **government or semi\-government organizations**. * Strong experience in **government innovation, digital transformation, or organizational transformation**. * Experience in operational\-model development, process improvement, and strategic implementation. * Knowledge of **Innovation Management, Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and/or Digital Transformation** methodologies. * Relevant certifications such as **Innovation Management, Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile/Scrum, or Digital Transformation** are preferred. * Qatar/GCC government experience is preferred. * Strong strategic thinking, analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. * **Fluent Arabic communication skills are mandatory**, both written and verbal.
