Gold Factory Cost Accountant

We are hiring a **Senior Accountant** who can independently manage **all accounting, costing, inventory control, and production reconciliation** for a gold manufacturing factory. This is a **single‑person accounting department**, so the candidate must be experienced, reliable, and capable of handling full responsibility. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage **full accounting cycle**: purchases, sales, payments, payroll, monthly closing. * Prepare **monthly Profit \& Loss statement**, cost analysis, and management financial reports * Daily costing for gold manufacturing (melting, casting, polishing, finishing). * Track and reconcile **raw gold, alloy, WIP, scrap, dust, and finished goods**. * Monitor **wastage, recovery, and yield variance** with strict control. * Maintain purity conversion records (24k, 22k, 21k, 18k). * Prepare daily production reports and batch/job costing. * Maintain ERP or factory software entries. * Ensure compliance with **IFRS / IAS 2** for inventory valuation. * Support internal controls and audit requirements. * Coordinate closely with production supervisors and factory management. * Set up proper accounting and inventory systems for the factory. **Required Experience** * **Minimum 3–5 years** experience in gold/jewelry manufacturing (factory level). * Experience preparing **P\&L and financial statements**. * Strong knowledge of production flow and costing. * Experience handling **full accounting \+ costing \+ inventory** independently. * Familiarity with factory machines and processes (casting, polishing, recovery). * ERP or jewelry manufacturing software experience. **Skills \& Competencies** * High accuracy and strong reconciliation skills. * Ability to work independently without supervision. * Strong reporting and documentation discipline. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Trustworthy and detail‑oriented. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Additional certification in Cost Accounting is an advantage Pay: ﷼3,000\.00 \- ﷼5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
