Gifts Specialist and Coordinator

Gift Coordinator (Creative \& Gift Styling Specialist) Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and experienced Gift Coordinator with a passion for gift styling, luxury packaging, and product presentation. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, be up to date with the latest gift trends, and have the ability to create unique and memorable gift concepts for various occasions. Key Responsibilities: * Create unique and innovative gift concepts for corporate and retail clients. * Coordinate and style gift boxes, hampers, and customized gift sets. * Source new gift products, accessories, ribbons, flowers, fillers, and packaging materials. * Stay updated with the latest trends in gifts, packaging, and luxury presentation. * Suggest creative ideas and seasonal collections for holidays, weddings, baby gifts, Ramadan, Eid, and corporate events. * Work closely with the design and production teams to bring gift concepts to life. * Ensure every gift is beautifully arranged and presented to a premium standard. * Coordinate customer orders from concept to final delivery. * Assist in developing new gift collections and expanding the company’s product range. * Maintain quality control for all gift arrangements and packaging. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in gift coordination, gift styling, floristry, event styling, luxury retail, or a related field. * Strong creativity with the ability to generate fresh and unique gift ideas. * Excellent knowledge of gift packaging, color combinations, ribbons, wrapping techniques, and presentation. * Passion for creating elegant and premium gift experiences. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. * Good English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage). * Experience with social media trends and luxury branding is a plus.
