Job Purpose To wrap customer gift selections and provide excellent Customer Service Essential Roles and Responsibilities Responsibilities: Essential Roles and Responsibilities Functional Roles and Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with questions and directing them to appropriate department/ individual Greet Customer promptly to determine type of wrap required. Gift wrap customer purchases Place new gift wrap selections on display and ensure the maintenance of prototype standards Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained * Maintain supplies and fill in stock as required Qualifications: Job Requirements Education/Certification and Continued Education High school qualification Years of Experience 1 \- 2 years of experience in a similar field Knowledge and Skills Team player Can work efficiently under pressure * Highly organized with attention to detail
