Job Overview Gestion Sur is seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical Asset Management Officer to oversee, optimize, and maintain our diverse asset portfolio. In this role, you will evaluate asset performance, streamline lifecycle management, manage vendor and lease agreements, and implement data\-driven strategies to maximize asset utilization and portfolio returns. Key Responsibilities * Portfolio Oversight: Monitor performance, valuation, and depreciation across all portfolio assets to maximize financial return and operational efficiency. * Financial \& Performance Analysis: Conduct yield analyses, cash flow modeling, and cost\-benefit evaluations to guide asset allocation and divestment decisions. * Risk \& Compliance Management: Ensure all physical and financial assets meet institutional regulatory standards, insurance requirements, and internal policy controls. * Vendor \& Lease Administration: Oversee vendor contracts, lease agreements, and service\-level agreements to optimize operational costs and service delivery. * Reporting \& Auditing: Maintain accurate asset registers, prepare detailed performance reports, and support regular inventory and financial audits. Key Requirements * Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in asset management, portfolio administration, or financial operations. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in asset management software, financial modeling tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data modeling). * Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, deep knowledge of asset lifecycle processes, excellent negotiation skills, and high attention to detail. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
