Generator Technician

GENERATOR TECHNICIAN – URGENT REQUIREMENT **Location:** Oman **Position:** Generator Technician **Experience:** 3–5 Years **Employment:** Full\-Time JOB REQUIREMENTS * ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in DG Generator maintenance. * Strong experience in **Diesel Generator troubleshooting, servicing and maintenance**. * Good knowledge of **AMF / ATS panels, control panels, batteries and electrical systems**. * Hands\-on experience with **engine, alternator, fuel, cooling and lubrication systems**. * Ability to diagnose and rectify **electrical and mechanical faults**. * Experience in **Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM)**. * Ability to attend emergency generator breakdowns and restore equipment operation. * Good knowledge of generator testing, load monitoring and routine inspections. * Ability to prepare maintenance reports and service records. * **Oman / GCC experience will be an added advantage.** * Candidates should be medically fit and ready to join as required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Carry out routine inspection, servicing and preventive maintenance of DG generators. * Troubleshoot and rectify generator electrical, mechanical and control faults. * Monitor generator performance and operating parameters. * Maintain proper maintenance records, checklists and reports. * Ensure generators remain safe, reliable and operational at all times.
