General Manager - Vocational and Technical Education Center

A well-established organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a vocational and technical education center with multiple business lines, including technical training, workshops, project services, and industry partnerships across automotive, engineering, manufacturing, renewable energy, and other technical disciplines. This is a strategic leadership role for a commercially driven executive with a proven track record in P&L management, operational excellence, business development, and leading high-performing teams. Experience managing a technical training or vocational education organization is highly desirable. Minimum Requirements • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience • Proven P&L ownership and operational management expertise • Strong commercial acumen and business development experience • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills • Experience in Technical or Vocational Education and/or Technical Training is highly preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. • Master's degree (MBA) is preferred.
