General Manager – F&B Operations

**Job Title: General Manager – F\&B Operations** **Location:** Qatar **Experience:** 15\+ Years We are looking for an experienced **General Manager – F\&B Operations** to oversee and manage overall food and beverage operations. **Arabic\-speaking candidates are preferred.** **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee day\-to\-day F\&B operations and ensure smooth business performance. * Manage **P\&L, budgets, cost control, and profitability**. * Drive sales, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. * Lead, motivate, and develop F\&B teams. * Manage multiple outlets/units and maintain consistent operational standards. * Ensure high standards of **food safety, quality, hygiene, and customer service**. * Monitor performance and implement operational improvements. * Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. * Enhance customer experience and service standards. **Requirements** * **15\+ years of relevant F\&B experience**, including strong General Management experience. * Proven experience in **P\&L and cost management**. * Strong track record in **sales and revenue growth**. * Experience in **QSR, casual dining, restaurants, or multi\-unit F\&B operations**. * Strong team leadership and staff development skills. * Multi\-outlet/multi\-unit management experience is preferred. * Strong knowledge of food safety, quality, and service standards. * **Qatar/GCC F\&B market experience is an advantage.** * **Arabic\-speaking candidates are preferred.** * **Currently available in Qatar** for local hiring.
