General Manager

Key Responsibilities •Provide full ownership of end\-to\-end operations across the organization.•Manage and resolve major customer and stakeholder escalations.•Ensure high standards of service delivery, efficiency, and compliance. Financial \& Performance Management •Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.•Conduct weekly performance and business review meetings with the CEO.•Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and financial performance, implementing corrective actions where required. Leadership \& People Management •Lead and manage AOMs, Supervisors, OCT, and Support Functions.•Drive workforce planning, resource allocation, and hiring strategies.•Build a high\-performance culture through clear accountability and leadership development. Strategy \& Growth •Drive operational strategy aligned with organizational objectives.•Lead growth initiatives and ensure onboarding targets are achieved.Support expansion plans through scalable processes and resource planning Pay: From BD900\.000 per month Work Location: In person
