General Maintenance Foreman

We are looking for an experienced **General Maintenance Foreman** to supervise and coordinate day\-to\-day maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities * Supervise general maintenance works including **painting, electrical, air conditioning (AC/HVAC), and plumbing**. * Assign daily tasks to technicians and maintenance workers. * Inspect maintenance issues and identify the required repairs, materials, and manpower. * Ensure all maintenance works are completed properly and on time. * Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with safety procedures. * Coordinate with management regarding maintenance requirements and work progress. * Troubleshoot basic maintenance issues and provide practical solutions. Requirements * Proven experience as a **Maintenance Foreman, General Maintenance Supervisor, or similar role**. * Good practical knowledge of **painting, electrical, HVAC/AC, and plumbing works**. * Experience supervising technicians and maintenance workers. * Ability to identify faults and coordinate repair works efficiently. * Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and handle multiple maintenance tasks. **Job Type:** Full\-time الراتب المدفوع: AED٢٬١٢٥٫٧٢ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
