General Accountant

Seazen Group is seeking a detail\-oriented General Accountant to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will maintain accurate financial records, manage daily accounting activities, and support financial reporting across our restaurant operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger. * Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and payment follow\-ups. * Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and intercompany balances. * Reconcile daily sales, cash deposits, and card settlements. * Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and supporting schedules. * Support month\-end and year\-end closing and prepare financial reports. * Assist with inventory reconciliation, cost tracking, and expense analysis. * Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation. * Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls. * Coordinate with operations, procurement, and other departments to resolve discrepancies. **Qualifications and Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience. * Experience in the F\&B, hospitality, or retail industry is preferred. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation procedures. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP software. * Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. * Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. * Good communication and teamwork skills.
