General Accountant - Receivable ( Hotel industry)

* Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time. * Record customer payments, including cash, bank transfers, credit cards, and online payments. * Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts. * Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies. * Maintain accurate accounts receivable records in the accounting system. * Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on outstanding receivables. * Coordinate with restaurant operations, sales, and finance teams regarding customer billing. * Process credit notes, refunds, and account adjustments when approved. * Reconcile daily sales with POS and accounting records.
