General Accountant

The Accountant is responsible for managing and maintaining the salon’s financial records, daily transactions, expenses, payroll, and financial reporting. Key responsibilities include: * Record and monitor daily salon sales and payments. * Reconcile cash, card, bank, and online payment transactions. * Track business expenses, supplier payments, and outstanding balances. * Prepare monthly income, expense, and profit reports. * Manage employee salaries, commissions, incentives, and deductions. * Maintain accurate payroll records. * Monitor petty cash and ensure all expenses are properly documented. * Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and supporting financial documents. * Monitor supplier invoices and payment schedules. * Assist with VAT calculations, records, and filing requirements. * Reconcile bank statements regularly. * Monitor salon financial performance and identify unusual expenses or discrepancies. * Maintain organized and confidential accounting records. * Coordinate with management regarding budgets, expenses, and financial planning. * Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time. * Support management with financial reports and information required for business decisions. The Accountant should be highly organized, detail\-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining accurate financial records while supporting the smooth financial operation of Casa Rio Beauty Salon.
