Job description
* **Plant Care:** Planting seeds, flowers, shrubs, and trees, as well as watering, feeding, and monitoring plant health.
* **General Maintenance:** Mowing lawns, cutting grass, trimming hedges, and pruning overgrown branches.
* **Weed and Pest Control:** Removing weeds manually or using approved fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides.
* **Soil and Irrigation Management:** Enriching soil with compost or manure and maintaining watering or sprinkler systems.
* **Equipment Upkeep:** Cleaning, sharpening, and safely operating gardening tools and machinery like mowers and trimmers.
* **Cleanup:** Raking leaves, clearing walkways of debris, and disposing of garden waste properly.
