Full-Time Dental Receptionist – Experienced

Dr. Suzan Assarian Dental Clinic – Dubai We are looking for an experienced, professional and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team on a full\-time basis. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a dental clinic or healthcare environment and be confident in handling patients, appointments, calls and daily front\-desk operations. Key Responsibilities * Welcoming and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner * Managing appointments and coordinating the clinic schedule * Answering phone calls, WhatsApp messages and patient enquiries * Confirming and following up on patient appointments * Maintaining accurate patient records and information * Coordinating with dentists and the clinical team * Handling payments and basic front\-desk administrative duties * Ensuring the reception area and daily front\-desk operations run smoothly * Providing excellent customer service throughout the patient journey Requirements * Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is highly preferred * Previous experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting * Excellent spoken and written English * Strong communication and customer service skills * Professional appearance and attitude * Well\-organised, responsible and able to multitask * Comfortable using computers, booking systems and WhatsApp * Able to work efficiently in a busy clinic environment * Available for full\-time employment in Dubai About the Clinic Dr. Suzan Assarian Dental Clinic is a well\-established dental clinic in Dubai with a strong focus on cosmetic dentistry and delivering a high standard of patient care.
