We are looking for a Fulfilment Agent to support our logistics and fulfilment operations. The role is responsible for receiving, stocking, processing, and dispatching customer orders while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring shipments are completed on time. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and store inbound shipments. Assign the correct SKUs and update stock in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Process and fulfil customer orders within the required timeline. Prepare and dispatch domestic and international shipments. Apply the required scans for inbound and outbound shipments. Print and attach Air Waybills (AWBs). Ensure all items are stored in the correct locations. Monitor inventory and cross\-check inbound and outbound orders. Maintain accurate operational records, files, and supporting documents. Update customers on stock status when required. Follow up with the concerned stations regarding undelivered shipments. Receive shipments for value\-added services and maintain the required documentation. Plan and maintain sufficient storage space for new projects. Follow all company health, safety, and environmental procedures. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager. Requirements: Diploma, high school certificate, or relevant technical qualification. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or fulfilment operations. Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Good knowledge of inventory handling and warehouse operations. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Forklift operating knowledge is an advantage. Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Ability to work accurately and meet operational deadlines. Work Location: In person
