• Operate fuel pumps efficiently, ensuring accurate fuel dispensing and preventing spills or overfills, prioritizing safety protocols. • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with fuel selection, and processing transactions accurately and courteously, building rapport. • Monitor fuel levels and maintain accurate records of inventory, promptly reporting any discrepancies or shortages to management. • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment, including pumps, hoses, and nozzles, to ensure proper functionality and safety. • High School Diploma or equivalent; some vocational training is a plus. • Possesses a valid driver's license; previous experience in customer service is preferred. • Certification in safe fuel handling procedures and basic first aid/CPR is a must. • Demonstrates strong customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor.
