Fruits and Vegetable Supervisor

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Fruits & Vegetables section. • Ensure all products are fresh, properly displayed, and available for sale. • Monitor product quality and remove damaged or expired items immediately. • Implement FIFO (First In First Out) stock rotation procedures. • Coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing team for timely replenishment. • Maintain attractive merchandising and promotional displays. • Achieve sales, margin, and shrinkage control targets. • Train, guide, and supervise section staff and helpers. • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. • Conduct daily stock checks and assist in inventory counting. • Prepare reports related to sales, wastage, and stock movement. • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE food safety regulations. • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Horticulture or related field preferred. • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in produce retail or grocery management. • Proven ability to manage inventory, control waste, and maintain high-quality standards. • Strong understanding of fruit and vegetable seasonality, ripeness, and handling best practices.
