Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS" Job Description • Looking after the guests and ensuring they have an incredible experience with us • Coaching & Training the Team members • Responsible for performing the services assigned to his/her shift in the best and most appropriate manner. • Supervise and support of the Front Office team. • Handling any guest complaints. • Direct daily front office operations. • Supervise front talent and help out with accounting problems. • Ensure department policies and procedures are understood by all employees and observed in tasks performed. • Perform any other duties as directed by the Front Office Management. Qualifications • A warm, friendly personality and a passion for hospitality. • Supervisory or team leader experience in hospitality. • Confidence to manage shifts and work independently. • Strong communication skills and a natural problem-solver. • Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends. • A calm, organized approach under pressure. • Excellent communication with both guests and the team.
