Front Desk Receptionist

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day\-to\-day front office operations while delivering an excellent customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner. * Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. * Manage the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable. * Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries. * Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings. * Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management. * Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required. * Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication. * Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. * Assist with travel arrangements and other administrative duties as assigned. **Requirements:** * 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or in a customer service role. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
