✨ GRAND ACADEMY — ELITE SPORTS FOR KIDS \& WOMEN We are hiring: Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator Dubai Marina 6 days per week Shifts within studio operating hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Age: under 30 Requirements: * Currently based in Dubai * Fluent English * Reception, administration or customer service experience is preferred * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills * Friendly, responsible, organized and proactive * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Immediate availability is a plus Responsibilities: * Welcome clients, children, parents and visitors * Answer calls and WhatsApp inquiries * Schedule trial classes and manage bookings * Register clients and process payments * Maintain daily reports and records * Coordinate with coaches and monitor attendance * Keep the reception area clean and organized * Provide excellent customer service * Assist with daily studio administration Salary \& Conditions: * AED 3,000/month during probation * Salary review after 2 months based on performance * Potential increase to AED 4,000/month * 6 working days \+ 1 day off per week * Career growth opportunities * Friendly, professional and family\-oriented environment INTERESTED?
