Foreman – Workshop

• Lead and supervise a team of mechanics and technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of all workshop tasks. • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of a diverse range of vehicles and machinery, upholding high standards of quality. • Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures within the workshop to maintain a secure working environment. • Manage workshop inventory, including parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and preventing shortages. • Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues, providing expert guidance and solutions to the workshop team. • Possesses a vocational degree or certification in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • Proven track record of leadership and team management, effectively guiding and motivating technical personnel. • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide array of vehicle types and industrial equipment. • Expertise in utilizing diagnostic tools, specialized equipment, and workshop management software. • Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations within a workshop setting.
