The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in steel handling, and the ability to manage a team effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** · Supervise and coordinate all yard activities, including loading, unloading, and material handling. · Ensure workers follow safety regulations and company procedures. · Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of materials. · Oversee equipment maintenance and yard cleanliness. · Assign tasks and monitor worker performance to ensure efficiency.
