\\>\> Job Title: **Food Safety and Hygiene Officer** Place of Work: **Laysen Valley, Umm Al Hamam, Riyadh** Monthly Salary: **SAR 3,500 plus FREE shared room, transportation and 1 duty meal OR SAR 5,000** (Full package / Live Out) **Job Summary:** Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met within restaurant operations by implementing HACCP Level 3 procedures, conducting audits, and training staff. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct regular inspections and audits of food areas to ensure full HACCP Level 3 compliance and fix non\-compliance issues immediately. * Develop, monitor, and update the HACCP plan, critical control points (CCPs), and risk assessments across all food handling stages. * Train and guide staff on proper food safety, hygiene, storage, and sanitation practices, and create relevant training materials. * Investigate customer foodborne illness complaints promptly and take necessary corrective actions. * Stay updated on food safety regulations and collaborate with other teams to maintain a clean, safe work environment. * Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (20 kg) as required by daily operations. * Work flexible schedules, including evening and weekend shifts. **Qualifications:** * Minimum 2 years of food safety experience in a restaurant/hotel, preferably with a degree in Food Science or Microbiology. * HACCP Level 3 certification with strong knowledge of food safety regulations and problem\-solving skills. * Fluent in English (Arabic preferred) and willing to relocate to the Riyadh, Saudi Arabia branch.
