Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced **Food Quality Assurance Director** to lead our quality assurance programs, oversee compliance, and ensure that all products meet regulatory and customer expectations. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, manage QA teams, and drive continuous improvement in food safety and quality systems. Key Responsibilities * **Food safety management**: Develop and enforce food safety policies aligned with HACCP, ISO, and local regulations. * **Quality control**: Oversee testing, inspections, and audits to maintain product excellence. * **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure adherence to Qatari and international food safety standards. * **Process improvement**: Identify areas for efficiency and implement corrective actions. * **Team leadership**: Mentor and manage quality control teams to achieve organizational goals. * **Customer assurance**: Collaborate with clients to meet expectations and resolve quality concerns. * **Innovation**: Introduce advanced QA technologies and sustainable practices. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field. * 10\+ years of experience in food safety and quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and other international food safety standards. * Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. * Familiarity with Qatar’s food industry regulations is an advantage.
