Food & Beverage Manager

Position: Food \& Beverage Manager We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Food \& Beverage Manager** to lead our F\&B operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee the daily operations of all F\&B outlets, banquets and related services. * Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service and guest satisfaction. * Lead, train and motivate the F\&B team. * Manage departmental budgets, costs, inventory and revenue targets. * Develop promotions and initiatives to improve revenue and profitability. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety standards. * Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen and other hotel departments. * Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements. **Candidate Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in Food \& Beverage operations, including experience in a managerial role. * Previous experience in a 4\-star or 5\-star hotel or luxury resort is essential. * Strong leadership, communication and team\-management skills. * Excellent knowledge of F\&B operations, cost control and service standards. * Guest\-focused, well\-organized and results\-oriented. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, multicultural environment. * Experience in Bahrain or the GCC will be an advantage. * Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
