##### **Overview** #### **Job Details:** Manage and grow sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve business objectives and increase market presence. Work toward meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company goals. Identify new distributors, retail partners, and business opportunities to expand the customer network. Develop distribution channels and improve product availability and visibility across the assigned market. Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and support business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to encourage long\-term partnerships. Prepare regular sales reports, performance updates, and market feedback for management review. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing, product availability, and excellent customer support. Support the execution of sales plans, promotional campaigns, and product launches within the assigned territory. Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships, identify business needs, and generate new sales opportunities. #### **Job Experience Requirements** Previous experience in sales, distribution, territory management, or a similar commercial role. Proven ability to achieve sales targets while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Good understanding of market analysis, competitor activities, and business development strategies. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, manage field sales activities, and prioritize daily tasks effectively. Good organizational and reporting skills with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities. Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory will be considered an advantage.
